- Answering incoming patient calls, tasking messages, scheduling appointments
- Contacting a call list of patients who are out of compliance for chronic conditions and wellness visits
- Tracking all booked and arrived appointments for patients generated through outreach efforts
- Ensuring patient confidentiality with the handling of all patient health information and records
- Communicating all progress and issues with manager
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience with checking patients in and scheduling appointments in a medical setting
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. ( Word, Excel)
- Must be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Prefer someone with EHR experience, specifically NextGen
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Requires strong customer service skills. Prefer 1-3 years' of experience in a Call Center environment.
- General office skills including proficient computer skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
Work Type: Full Time with Full Benefits ( 32 hrs/wk or more )
Work Hours: M-F
