Now hiring: Food and Beverage Director
Manage hotel outlets by:
- Maintaining costs through controls and supervision.
- Planning and executing menus and related activities for dining room, bar and banquet.
- Maintaining budget, preparing payroll, tracking and controlling food costs.
- Interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling personnel.
Qualified applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and a good work ethic. At least 5 years of experience in F&B Management.
Benefit package available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
