- Graduate Programs Manager - The E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for the position of Graduate Program Manager. This is a time-limited staff position (annual appointment) with benefits and the potential for annual renewal.
This position will maintain the following responsibilities as associated with the current MBA and Master's of Accountancy Programs and potential future programs at the Master's level: marketing program and recruiting of quality applicants; overseeing and improving the application process with understanding of all aspects, including academic policies and financial aid eligibility; reviewing applicants based on existing criteria; managing student transition and progress in the program; program assessment; coordinating Internship approval and scheduling with Department Chairs; ensuring Career Services support for graduate students; and coordinating as needed with CCU Office of Graduate Studies.
Qualifications: Master's degree required. Master's degree in a business field from an AACSB accredited institution with business or higher education experience is preferred. Successful candidate will also possess effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills, the ability to work some evenings and weekends, ability to travel on occasion and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate should have proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and social media as relevant to student recruitment. This job requires an ability to multitask and meet deadlines, a professional attitude, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive situations, ability to maintain confidentiality and flexibility as a team member. A strong commitment to student development and success are essential, as are skills in the management of graduate education.
