Customer Service Representative

Job opening effective immediately. North Myrtle Beach vacation rental company seeking full time, energetic, mature customer service representative to join their team.  Job duties include front desk customer service with emphasis on very strong communication service exercising written and oral communication with guests providing an array of information related to vacationing in our area, taking and confirming reservations, perform check-ins and check-outs, managing email correspondence, and property inspections. Must be an excellent listener, be able to remain calm and stay professional in stressful situations. Weekend and holiday work is required with rotations in the off season. Vacation rental experience and ability to learn rental management software are required. Must have strong organizational skills plus ability to multi task. Must have knowledge of the North Myrtle Beach and surrounding area. Must possess driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to visit properties using company vehicle.
