Lead Client Coordinator- Courtyard Aesthetics
Our well-established Medical Spa practice in Visalia is looking to add an experienced and professional full-time Lead Client Coordinator to our team. If you are an energetic professional and have a friendly, caring and compassionate personality with a desire to work in a fast paced boutique setting, we encourage you to keep reading about what you would do and why we are a great place to work. The primary role of this position is answering phones, checking patients in/out, scheduling, processing payment transactions, ordering product inventory, talking with patients about our cosmetic product lines, and liaising with cosmetic patients as well as managing provider weekly schedules.

Experience:
Spanish Speaking: (Preferred)
Aesthetics Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
