Facilities Manager
Position is a key member of the leadership and management team at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. The Facility Manager is responsible for the management and direction of all facility operations and daily maintenance of the a 173 acre campus including all 15 buildings. The Facility Manager produces schedules, rules and regulations and coordinates staffing requirements. Also responsible for facility maintenance contracts, funding and compliance. Salary Range: $75,000.00
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from accredited college in facility management, project management, building engineering or architecture or a related field;
- Five years relevant work experience in managing large, complex projects or facilities;
- Previous supervisory experience;
- Five years experience working with MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills as evidenced by work history and application materials submitted;
- Experience organizing, managing and supervising multiple and varied tasks and projects as demonstrated by education, work history and application material;
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License.
