Busy vacation rental office looking for a full charge accountant/bookkeeper to join our growing company. Candidate will be reporting directly to our Director of Operations as well as the CFO and Owner of the Company.

Duties/Responsibilities include monthly financial statement preparation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly homeowner statements, bank reconciliations, General Ledger account analysis, posting maintenance work orders, payroll and time/attendance tracking and other related duties as assigned.  Candidate must have a knowledge of general accounting principles, ability to follow instructions as well as work independently, be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Products. Candidate must exhibit organizational skills and pay high attention to detail.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Candidate must be a team player and must be willing to pitch in on general office tasks as necessary. Candidate must be able to answer telephones and direct calls to proper personnel in the company

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, plus  2-4 years work experience in general accounting preferred.
