AUTOMOTIVE INSTRUCTOR, (POSITION # FO192)

Reynolds Community College has an exciting opportunity available to join the college as an Automotive Instructor. This position will be assigned to the School of Business and Industrial Trades, located on the Parham Road Campus, 1651 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or a related field. ASE Master Certified or the ability to acquire within six (6) months of hire. ASE L1 Certified or the ability to acquire within six (6) months of hire. Minimum five (5) years of recent (within the last eight (8) years) technician experience, recent Automotive Teaching experience will be accepted in lieu of up to two (2) years of work experience.

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time nine-month teaching faculty-ranked appointment. Salary range: $48,263 - $119,630. Salary commensurate with the education and experience of the applicant. Maximum hiring salary $74,000.
