Reynolds Community College (Richmond, VA) is seeking a forward-thinking and ambitious leader for the School of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). The Dean will directly lead the following academic programs: Information Systems Technology, Engineering, Horticulture, and majors within the Associate of Science. Driving a key priority of Reynolds’ strategic direction, the Dean of STEM will work collaboratively with faculty and regional partners to ensure that high-level academic programming supports student success in transfer outcomes, and placement into high-demand careers.  The Dean must provide visionary leadership for the School, build and support a robust faculty team, and direct development of new education and career pathways.
