Survey Crew Chiefs

ROWE Professional Services Company is currently seeking experienced Survey Crew Chiefs to join our growing team in our Myrtle Beach, SC office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research previous survey evidence maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for survey
• Determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas and contours for construction, map making, land division, titles or other purposes
• Extensive work in the field throughout the year and during all types of weather conditions and physical environments
• Determine methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control
• Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
• Operate GPS and Robotic Total Stations to complete field surveying
• Management of project field tasks and team
• Maintain equipment and survey vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent with strong math aptitude required
⦁ Minimum of 6 years of experience performing survey field work is also required
⦁ Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is a plus
