Supply Specialist III - Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for a Supply Specialist in the Facilities Management Department.
Responsibilities include maintaining correct inventory levels; assisting with reconciliation of credit card statement; verifying quantity and condition of incoming freight, tagging and situating materials; picking up supplies from off-campus vendors; providing exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to, faculty, staff, students, visitors and the community at large; maintaining daily issue sheets; providing warehouse security; and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and experience in a related field are required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. A successful candidate should also possess excellent oral, written and computer skills; the ability to proficiently operate computers, calculators, copiers, telephones, forklift, strapping machine, various hand tools and vehicles.
Supply Specialist III (AC05/148099), full time position with benefits. SC State pay band 03. Normal work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University.
